The DJI O4 video system will not output its full power unless there is an 'armed' signal sent to it, like you'd get from a flight controller. The O4 Armer sends this 'armed' signal automatically after being powered on for ~20 seconds. Just plug in your O4 Air Unit with its stock cable, power the O4 Armer from a 2S-4S LiPo, and you're set.
