Is this receiver compatibility with frsky R9M module?
Not at all
Do you need a transmitter receiver and a transmitter module to connect to your drone or is it a built in transmitter receiver in the flight controller?

Well it’s not directly compatible with the Qx7 itself, you need one of the Crossfire Tx modules also.
