Description

All batteries must be shipped by a ground shipping method.

In an effort to push the boundaries of miniaturizing the FPV experience, EMAX took to the drawing board to design the smallest quadcopter possible in their history. Introducing the Nanohawk, a nano-sized FPV drone designed to offer an immersive flight experience on a new scale.

Weighing in at just 20 grams, the Nanohawk offers unmatched control and flight recovery, giving the pilot full control of the aircraft for any maneuver. Designed from the ground up is a modern frame design optimized for a unique mix of polycarbonate in order to offer maximum durability.

Debuting with the Nanohawk is the new Avia Series of propellers, redefining aerial performance with new design goals. With the Avia Nanohawk propeller, maximum thrust is achieved while maintaining an optimized throttle curve throughout the motor's performance, giving pilots better control than previously achieved with unique flight characteristics unparalleled with propellers in its class.

The Nanohawk offers an all-new nano-scaled experience to FPV drones, pushing the boundaries further of what is possible.

Choose Between FrSky for your RF protocol, or PNP which comes with no receiver.

Great drone. Guards really flex, impossible to break

"On the other hand it's painfully easy to bend the propellers/blades. Still cheaper than replacing motors or arms, I guess."

Works as expected really fast!

A great flying whoop. Tiny but powerful!

"I bought this whoop it was my first, I build 5" drones and had attempted a whoop once and managed to burn up 2 fc:s before deciding to wait till I get a few more builds under my belt. I was worried about how stable the flight would be having had miserable experiences with cheap micro drones when I had 1st started with the hobby. This little whoop blew me away! It's flight is really stable and after a little bit of hot glue to hold the antenna from getting caught in the blades it's a nice clear picture. I use specimen 1 goggles which I totally love and the picture is great with this whoop. Great response with no noticeable lag using t16s transmitter and it tied right in out of the box with no issues whatsoever. Unfortunately it's not puppy proof lol and NY newest pup turned this little rocking drone into a hole lot of colorful pieces everywhere.....oops. not the drones fault (or the puppies my gf says) but all in all an awesome little whoop that I would definitely recommend!"

Fun flyer

"It’s very fun to fly, they made it easy to bind an set up to get flying"

Christopher M. (5/5)

Nanohawk

"this lil guy is great. Get rid of the canopy and whoops, change to slightly bigger props....it's a lil monster."

Shawn R. (5/5)

Powerful but mine has major issues

"I'm a highly experienced drone pilot and have a ton of time on both big quads and micro drones. This thing has major issues for me. Failsafe is the normal with this thing. I fly for a few seconds in my house and get a fail safe crashing the drone into the ceiling or straight into the ground. Flying outside is no better, issues with arming using a taranis. Once it finally arms it will fly for one second then failsafe and crash. Every once in a while you'll get a full flight out of a battery but for every flight you get a full battery on, you get 10 of crashes and constant failsafes. The cage is completely worthless as many others have noted. Adjusting every setting in beta flight doesn't help with my issues. Maybe mine is just defective... Go with one of the newbee drones instead."

Fun for indoors

"This flies well for its size but does not seem to hold up as well as the tinyhawk 2 in crashes."

Nathaniel K. (4/5)

Sweet

"Thing rips"

LOUIS L. (5/5)

Great for indoors

"I got it about 2 weeks ago and have been flying it around the house. It's very resilient and fun to fly. The parts are cheap and easy to replace. It comes with a good bunch of accessories including spare props and a parallel charging board with 2 adapters (more would be nice)."

Nick J. (5/5)

Good Beginner Drone. Fun to tune in BETAFLIGHT.

"If I were to do it over again this would be my first drone. Allows you to adjust and play with rates on BETAFLIGHT for a beginner pilot. I would buy again."

Q&A

Can I use an ELRS receiver with the PNP/no Rx version?
Yes Absolutely. I did. Flies great!
What are the rubber bands for?
To hold the battery.
When is the drone gonna be back in stock?
2-4 weeks give or take
Hello, does it accept other Rx receivers from different brands or just Frsky.
you can put what ever receiver you want. This version is the FrSky. We also sell a PNP version with no RX so you can choose.
can I get this with ELRS?
No, Either Frsky or PNP No RX
I have an old Spectrum DX7. Will I have to swap out the receiver?
To my knowledge spectrum and frsky are totally different signals, so yes you'll have to use a spectrum receiver instead of the frsky receiver which it comes with.
