*Note - The more information and photos you provide, the faster your ticket will be resolved. Please keep in mind that most manufacturers will not warranty products covered in conformal coating, liquid electrical tape, or excessive flux.

Discounts

Do you guys price match?

Yes! We will price match all USA retailers and most foreign retailers (may not apply to some flash sales or going out of business sales). To get this, use the contact form below to send us a link to the item you want price matched.

Do you guys have any discount codes?

Most likely the answer is yes, but we will not give them to you over email. We frequently give out codes or announce specials in our Facebook Group and in our push and email notifications/ads. To get the codes and know about the deals we're running, check there!

Order Changes

Can you cancel my order?

Please use the link in your confirmation email to do this. If that link does not work then the package has already been shipped and you will then have to make a return or make another order.

 I forgot something - can you add it to my order and charge me?

Please use the link in your confirmation email to do this. If that link does not work then the package has already been shipped and you will then have to make another order. We are unable to change your order or charge your card via email.

I cancelled or modified an order. When will I receive those funds back in my bank account?

In 2-3 business days you'll receive the funds - it's a bank thing! :)

Can I use multiple payment methods at checkout?

Although we do not have split payments available, we can issue you a gift card invoice for a specific amount, and then you can use that gift card on your main order along with another form of payment.

Shipping

My tracking is not updating, I think my package is lost. Can you guys help?

Experience tells us that likely the package is still en-route to you, but USPS is simply not updating it along its journey.

The first day of transit is the following business day after the package was shipped. Shipping times provided during checkout are estimates provided by the shipping company. Priority mail usually takes 3-4 business days, first class is 5-7, ground shipments are 7-8 business days. The information just provided are subject to change due to season.

Only when tracking has not updated for at least 10 calendar days will we think something fishy may be going on, and in fact the package may be lost (in this case you should contact us and let us know). If your tracking has had ANY update in the last 10 calendar days, the package is not lost and just delayed. Unfortunately in all cases except a lost package, there is nothing we can do to expedite the situation. All we can do is get it into USPS' hands as quickly as possible via the shipping speed you select at checkout. We know this is frustrating because you could be totally ripping balls right now if USPS got their act together, but your patience is appreciated!!

International Customers: Our policy is to wait 45 days for no update on packages before taking further action. This is because many packages can go weeks without a shipping update. If you desire the fastest and most reliable service, please purchase the DHL shipping option. Thank you for your patience!

If I order something today, will I receive it by X day?

A lot of factors affect this, and we cannot control any of them unfortunately. If you are concerned about receiving your order, do not wait to place it. We ship until 4:30pm EST Monday thru Saturday - if you order before then and do not place a pre-order, it WILL ship today. The next factor is what shipping method you choose. Please realize that the ONLY methods which have a guaranteed delivery date are those which are overnight and typically very expensive. Otherwise the system will give you an ESTIMATED delivery timeframe at checkout in terms of business days. Please note that UPS does not consider Saturday to be a business day - they do not deliver or ship on Saturday. And, ultimately, there is always a bit of luck involved. One thing is for sure though - no other FPV company will get your package out the door and to the shipping agency faster than we will.

What time do you guys ship until each day?

We ship Monday thru Saturday same-day until 4:30pm EST, excluding federal holidays (USPS is closed).

How do I get free shipping?

Free shipping is available on all USA orders over $99. Free shipping is not available to those outside the USA, not even Canada even though it's pretty darn close.

Some items may be excluded from free shipping and will have a warning.

Pre-Orders

If I pre-order something when will my order ship?

The entire order will be held until your pre-ordered item becomes available. If you want some items to ship first, then place two separate orders. If an ETA is available, we will post that in the product page. If a date is not posted then we do not have an accurate timeframe when something will arrive. That said, most pre-ordered or "coming soon" items are restocked within 1-3 weeks.

Returns

Can I return some of these items I ordered?

Yes, only if the items are NEW and UNOPENED. Returns are issued via a store credit. If you have opened any of the items we cannot accept them back unless your product is defective, which is a different case. If your package is NEW and UNOPENED, then you can write "Returns" on the package, include a note in your package requesting a return with your order number, and send it back to the following address. There is no need to contact us to get approval or an RMA number. You should ALWAYS get tracking on your return package and hold on to the number! We can't issue a return for something that gets lost in the mail when you send it back. Also expect it to take 3-5 business days for your return to be processed once it arrives at our warehouse.

Can I pickup my order from your warehouse? When can I do that?

Local pickup is available from 9:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday in Sarasota, FL. Please place your order prior to arriving and select the local pickup option at checkout so that we can prepare your order and have it available.
