First things first - thank you. Because of your support, we've officially outgrown our shop and are settling into a bigger space. Over the next several days, our team will be focused on relocating inventory, workstations, and everything that keeps RaceDayQuads running.
During this transition, shipping will be temporarily delayed as we get our new home up and running. We're working hard to keep the disruption as short as possible and will have orders flowing again soon. We know waiting for FPV gear isn't fun, and we truly appreciate your patience while we make this change.
Below you'll find answers to the most common questions about shipping, local pickup, and what to expect during the transition.

WILL SHIPPING BE PAUSED DURING THE MOVE?
Yes. Shipping operations will be temporarily paused while we transition to our new facility. This short pause will allow us to safely relocate inventory and resume operations as quickly as possible.
CAN I STILL PLACE AN ORDER DURING THE MOVE?
Yes. Orders can still be placed online during the transition period. They will be processed and shipped once normal operations resume.
WILL IN-STORE PICKUP STILL BE AVAILABLE?
The in-store pickup option will remain available, but we will not package pickup orders until we can resume fulfillment. Please wait for notice before arriving, or choose a shipping method at checkout.

WHEN SHOULD I PLACE MY ORDER TO ENSURE IT SHIPS BEFORE THE MOVE?
To have your order processed before shipping operations pause, please place your order by 3:00 PM EST on Thursday, July 16th, 2026. Orders placed after this date will experience a short shipping delay until we reopen at our new facility.

No. Our customer support team will remain available throughout the move and is happy to assist with any questions regarding your order or the transition. To ease support email requests during this time, please refer to the questions and answers above regarding shipping delays.
