Description

BETAFPV Lite receiver is based on the ExpressLRS project, an open-source RC link for RC applications. ExpressLRS aims to achieve the best possible link performance in both speeds, latency, and range. This makes ExpressLRS one of the fastest RC links available while still offering long-range performance.

Message from BETAFPV regarding Flat antenna range issues:
The ELRS Lite Receiver flat antenna V1.1 is coming to see you again. Range issues and failsafe at around 100 meters have been resolved compared with V1.0. Now, the V1.1 flat antenna receiver can reach 600 meters with BetaFPV Moxon antenna. Please feel free to email support@betafpv.com and our support team will help you if you have any issues.

Significantly, the TX module and receiver have to be in the same ELRS version, otherwise, the frequency cannot match successfully.

"It takes like 9 seconds to bind compared to an estimated like 4 on a normal elrs receiver but it's good quality, not the best distance or signal but it's good for what it is, performance is okay for the build your likely gonna buy this for, probably wouldn't recommend past 3. 5" closerange whoops"

"Really love the thing, its a shame that the "tower" antenna version never seems to be available though. The flat antenna style seems to have enough range for what I do. I haven't had LQ go below 99 even when I am feeling brave and take my whoop outside. Insane that something smaller than my pinkie finger nail weighing . 5 g (or less) outputs Wifi which connects every time bring up 10. 0. 0. 1 put in your binding phrase and voila also elrsconfigurator makes it so easy to flash new elrs fw to it. Granted I haven't tested many other modes, just run the low latency 500hz and TX is usually set to 25mw or I have turned it up to 500 mw when I flew outdoors, but left low latency 500 hz packet rate alone."
