Description

BETAFPV Nano RF TX module is based on the ExpressLRS project, an open-source RC link for RC applications. ExpressLRS aims to achieve the best possible link performance in both speeds, latency, and range. This makes ExpressLRS one of the fastest RC links available while still offering long-range performance.

BETAFPV Nano RF module is compatible with radio transmitter which has the nano module bay (AKA lite module bay, e.g. Frsky Taranis X-Lite, Frsky Taranis X9D Lite, TBS Tango 2)

The stock firmware of the Nano receiver and TX module manufactured by our company is ELRS V1.0.0-RC5 (the fifth release candidate version);
ELRS Innovative team has officially released the first major version V1.0.0 on 17th July. It has some updates :

  • 2.4G Nano TX Module supports 500Hz refresh rate;
  • Short press the button on the Nano module 3 times to get into the binding status.

Great product but one design flaw.

"The BetaFPV 900MHz Tx is a great product. It converted my Radiomaster Zorro CC2500 into ELRS. However, there is a design flaw that excludes a capacitor. The missing capacitor effects very few Esp boards, but if you are affected flashing the latest firmware can be frustrating. Wezley Varty has a great video on how to fix the problem using the internal button on the module. Other than this, it is a great product."

Nice small functional module.

"I was using a CF Module glued to the back of an X9 Lite radio. It's nice to have a JR module that fits the bay. Plus this is way cheaper than CF. The only problem I ran in to, and not everyone will have this problem but if you do, here is the fix. I could not flash the module in Express LRS Configurator. It kept erroring out. I had to take the case off the circuit board and there are 2 more hidden buttons on the PCB. Press and hold the lower button down the entire time the configurator is flashing the firmware to it. That forced the module to accept the firmware and it's been working great for me."
