"image quality is very good for the price and the dvr does what it is suppose to no problem its not the best monitor out there but for the price the display size is pretty big no noticeable bad spots on the display so all and all its a good cheap monitor for spectators and working on the quad only bad point i could mention is i dont really like the antennas but they do the job"

"i have purchased this device to use as a diversity reciever utilizing the a/v output. i plugged the supplied a/v cable into the port and the screen went black. unplugged the cable and screen fades back in. plug cable in and wiggle it slightly screen goes all wonky. unit may be defective. currently in exchange"

good entry level fpv monitor

"The monitor has several good features. First off are the dual diversity receivers and auto search feature. Second is the built in DVR which lets you record to a micro SD card. The dual speakers in the back of the monitor a very loud and can be obnoxious when you don't want to hear motor noise, but they do come with a volume control so they are easy to mute. On the final good point, the monitor comes with a threaded hole in the bottom of it which accepts universal camera mount screw threads (The thread on my camera mount is M6x1.25). No for the cons with the monitor. While bright, it could be brighter in my opinion. I have found that it is best used during mornings to late mornings and during the early and late evenings, unless you can find a nice shady spot to setup your equipment in. The included sun shade is helpful. I chose this monitor over a similarly priced eachine goggle because I prefer the ability to look up and immediately see my quad and plane during landings. If that is your flying style, then this will be a good starting point for you."

"Works as expected. The flip up sunshade if really stiff, feels like I'm about to break it when opening. Menu controls are unclear and audio is up really high at start. But its a screen with an okay receiver that'll do what it's supposed to do."

Q&A

Will this work with the RBG weBLEED Slalom LIGHT Mini Stand you sell? IOW does it have a 1/4" screw hole that will allow it to be mounted and used with that stand?
Yes I believe so. There is a mounting hole in the bottom of the unit.
What is bottom screw size for the mount? Can the hole be safely tapped to 1/4" on the metal holder by removing the metal holder? I bought a standard tripod and the standard hole is 1/4". The hole on the monitor is slightly different.
The thread size is 6mm. I tapped mine with a 1/4-20 tap size an it works fine.
Please let me know the outside demsions of this monitor, I'm trying to determine if my mount will work before I order. Thanks
Mine measures about 177 x 118 x 27mm on the exterior.
