"Good intro choice. Good tune. Transmitter seems ok, but I think it needs stronger antennas. The goggles will get static with minimal distance from user and drone. Im still learning how to fly so I may not have things set up properly and that may be causing the static? That said, I do not regret starting here as opposed to starting with a kit that may be out of my skill level and abilities."

Good Drone
"For my first fpv drone, I think this was a good place to start. Never received the free lanyard though and I thought the kit came with a carrying case for the components, but I guess I was wrong."

Very capable drone!
"This drone is my first fpv and it is definitely a freestyle drone. The only thing that I had an issue with was bad batteries, but besides that, everything was as expected!"

For Stuart
"Wondering if Stuart who wrote the bad review planned on flying his outdoor FPV indoors. In his video, he set the drone in his house and walked outside his home. I'm guessing he was expecting to use it to spy on someone inside his house or something."

Worst FPV range ever.
"I used to fly quite a bit a few years ago and after not flying for a while I thought this was a perfect inexpensive bundle to get back in the air... Boy was I WRONG! The video completely brakes up after 20-100 ft depending on what channel you are on. If you know quadcopters at all, you know even these small drones get that distance in less than a second, making this completely unflyable with the analog set up I purchased. Don't expect to fly line of sight, with a quad this small that's practically impossible. Here is a video of me walking away from the quad using the channel with the best range I found."

Bad build quality?
"U.fl connector detached on the second flight. The proper tool to dismantle the quad was not included (they included a hex key but it's far too large). As a first time quad operator, this experience is pretty sour. Luckily, I know how to solder, but now I have to buy extra tools and it's an ordeal. Toy became a chore before I could even enjoy it. Not what I hoped for from an RTF kit"

Fun little booger
"At the time reviewing this RTF Bundle I’ve got about 25 packs through the quad. For the price, it isn’t a bad buy at all. The frame is bullet proof and can take some bashing without a scratch. I do like the feel of the RTF transmitter but battery life could be a little better. stock tunes are not horrible ( little beta flight tuning needed ) The only thing I would fuss about would be the FPV set up. I had to contact support a few times about the signal and lack of just 40 feet away. Punched it up to 200mw and that seemed to really help from stock. The Box style Googles are kinda clunky on the face, that’s to be expected but very easy to fly with. Keep a usb charger on hand because the built in battery doesn’t last that long if you’re flying 4 or more packs. I do like how this thing flys like a 5 and feels very locked In. Upgrade the stock antennas for some lollops both quad and googles for the best reception. I’d buy again for sure."

old blind guy
"I am absolutely new to RDQ, I have had a few quads in the past but they were not race or freestyle, they were consumer toys off Amazon. All I can say is that this thing is crazy fast and is going to take some time for me to master it. You can check out any of the online reviews on youtube and they are right about how well built and nimble the quad it. I crash all of the time and it's been holding up like a champ. As far as the goggle goes, it's really small and there is no way to get glasses on while using it. I have found my solution which is to add a magnifying lens set to it. I have one that I wear to do my soldering and electronics projects. The lens set clicks into a headband so I adapted my goggle to be able to take the lens and it was super easy, I just dremelled a couple of rectangle slots in the top of the goggle, keeping them tight enough to have the lens click in. It works great and I am blind without it."

Tinyhawk 3 freestyle RTF
"Looses video after 15-20 feet no matter settings, when not touching controls is flys backwards, meaning u have to keep constant forward pressure on the sticks no matter how u use TRIM OR ADJUST the battery for weight I even tried adding a touch of weight to the front it didn’t work I think my antenna or something is messed up and it started this on its 3 flight total sense then I’ve flown line of sight ID REALLY LOVE TO BE ABLE TO USE MY GOOGLES TO FLY FPV! yes I do have 5” quads I could fly and I do but the love the hawk for my yard as it’s not very big I can fly this drone nearly anywhere"

Awesome beginner drone
"So far an awesome drone. I am not an experienced drone pilot but so far it Flys great for an amateur. Bought 4 extra batteries so will be practicing daily. . . thanks for a great product."
