Best digital system for fast low freestyle
"I may be one of the few people who don’t look at a VTX for freestyle simply by range. That said the range is decent, construction is great but the size is a bit big. But as a long time non-wdr analog pilot. Nothing beats the clarity and latency combination that HDZero provides. I thrash my builds against concrete and they just keep ticking."

HDZero Freestyle V2 30x30 25-1000mW Digital HD VTX - U.FL
"I purchased this HDZero freestyle vtx a month ago. Received my HD goggles two days ago. Vtx, dead on arrival! I am using a HGLRC Zeus F722 flight controller, firmware Betaflight 4.4.1, VTX HDZero Betaflight preset, video transmitter, RACEBAND, channel 1. The goggles and VTX have both been flashed with the latest firmware. Power VTX (red wire) is connected to FC BEC output 9V/2A pad, black wire VTX is connected to a FC ground pad. The green wire VTX (RX) is connected to FC T3 (UART3), the yellow wire VTX (TX) is connected to FC R3 (UART3). Blue wire (optional) not connected, removed from harness. With camera and antenna attached to VTX, when power is turned on, the red light and the blue light come on together, the red light should come on first, then the blue light should follow indicating the VTX is transmitting – it’s not transmitting, no video, no telemetry, no signal at all. My associate has a VTX camera (Micro V2) and antenna. We updated the firmware on his VTX, and connected my Nano 90 to it, and it worked fine. The only thing that’s not working, is the suspect vtx. The blue and red light come on together, no video, no telemetry, no signal. In the meantime, we have ordered another VTX, camera and antenna, so that we can get up and running. My first experience with HDZero, so far, is one big zero! Lets see how HDZero and RDQ is going to treat me on this matter! 4/17/23 Just got word from HDZero, they are going to replace the faulty vtx! Yes! 4/29/23 Sent the faulty vtx back to HDZero on 4/18/23, they received it on 4/21/23, contacted them on4/26/23, no response. 5/1/23 Still no response from HDZero! 5/3/23 Looks like HDZero and RDQ aren't going to respond to my emails or replace the vtx as promised. 5/7/23 Still waiting! Sticking a customer with a faulty product and doing nothing to correct it, is not good! I purchased another vtx from HDZero while waiting to get the first one to be replace and I’m having trouble with it too. I have had it quit transmitting two times now. I plug it in to a fresh battery and it quits transmitting, then it starts working again. Can’t trust their product, so I went back to analog. HDZero’s products are pure junk, and so is their support! I have had my goggles since 4/12/23 now! Bought my camera and vtx in advance of their arrival! Still waiting for my HDZero experience! Doesn't look like its going to happen!"
