No it is for a TS16S Joshua Bardwell ed

What type of li-ion cells are used in this pack? Without providing a spec sheet or otherwise being told, there is no way to know what the maximum charge voltage and cutoff voltage are. I removed the shrink wrap and the cells are labelled "NCA 21700S" and when doing some searching it looks like similarly rated 21700 5000 mAh cells can be charged to 4.2V and have a cutoff voltage of 2.5V, but it would be nice to know for sure.
4.2v is the correct max charge voltage, but the minimum safe discharge voltage should be considered 3.0v to avoid potential of bricking the battery. 3.4v is a good discharge point for long cell life. Further, storage voltage should be 3.75v to 3.8v for longish periods of non-use.
What voltage do I charge the cells to and what voltage do I stop using and recharge?
I use mine in the RadioMaster TX16S and I just plug in the USB to the radio and let it charge until the green light goes out. It seems to quit charging when the battery voltage reaches 8.2 VDC. This was the same with the 18650 battery holder.
