    Works really great I was

"Works really great I was a little concerned about the hook up of the wires but seems to be working"

    Kenny S. (5/5)

    Great power supply

"Gets the job done. Once again, I wish it had an on/off switch. Pictures are for the wiring, since some of you guys had issues with it. I also use it with my solder when im not parallel charging"

    Samuel P. (5/5)

    Worth the buy

"Only thing i dislike is I wish the wires were solid mounted to the unit. Other than that it’s been a great little power supply, doesn’t take up much room and packs a punch. The supplied lead for the charger could def be longer"

    Marlen H. (5/5)

    Powerful Desk Power Supply.

"Works more than expected, great finish and slim design. however is extremely difficult for portability. Im sure it wasnt designed to do so, however 4/5 stars due to the wired power connection rather than plug."

Can't Go Wrong For a 400 Watt PSU

"I have use the RDQ 400w 24v power supply almost daily for the past two weeks to power my HTRC HT206 400w DUO charger. It is simple to connect one or more chargers and understand how to use. It has worked flawlessly so far and provides more than enough power for what I do with parallel charging boards and lipos from 2-3s 1000-5000mah. Rarely do I come close to using 400w but at no time did the PSU even get warm. I will also use it with an ISDT charger in the near future."

    Peter L. (5/5)

Check wire colors! Works well, but came dented

"Make sure you check the live and neutral wires! Like Aychbe W. Said, they came switched. Use a multimeter to test the connectivity of the plug. The unit came with a small dent in the vent, purely cosmetic damage. The unit works well but I have not tested it at full load. On the side it said don't use it over 80% capacity to extend lifespan. The fan is a tad loud and runs constantly. They could have used a quieter fan. The stock wire that comes with it to connect to XT60 is also fairly short. I soldered an extension on. Also make sure you either install appropriate hardware to connect wires to it, or if you just clamp down on the bare wires with screws, use tape or something for cable strain relief. The connection is physically stronger than I anticipated but a strong pull could yank the wires out like shown. The soldering joint shown in the shrink tube is the length of the original XT60 connector."

Not without issues but there's a 3 year warranty

"RDQ customer support is great. They deserve 5 stars! This power supply works well but without the warranty, I wouldn't recommend it. I'm on my 3rd power supply. First one arrived DOA. 2nd one lasted a little over a year before failing. RDQ honors the warranty and sends one out that arrives in a few days. The plug I received with the most recent power supply had the live and neutral wires swapped, according to what the colors are supposed to be for the US via an internet search for ac wire color coding. Attached are a few pics of how I believe the plug should be wired and the corresponding polarity but be sure to test your plug wires for the correct polarity."

    Aychbe W. (3/5)

Wire terminals on the new V2 are cheap and unsafe.

"There is no reason the screw terminals needed to be changed, removed, or "updated" except penny pinching greed. Without the screws there is no safe way to semi-permanently attach the wires to either end. They advise to not leave these unattended, I see why now. Although I wouldn't want to be anywhere near this thing when it is plugged into an outlet. This was bought to assist college students in their capstone projects, and now I have to find my personal v1 PSU as this one is unsafe."

    JG (3/5)

    So far, so good!

"Does what it's meant to. It's pretty noisy, but it allows me to charge my batteries at a much higher rate than if I just plugged into a/c power."

    Uriah M. (5/5)

    Sturdy Power supply

"Powerful charger that handles everything you throw at it."
