"When one of my 4s RDQ batteries arrived with a low cell (3.2v, the other three cells were 3.8), RDQ made it good right away by sending out a replacement. I did follow instructions to carefully show the problem with photos, like they said to on a DOA product. Really fantastic service. This is my first time getting a defective product from RDQ in probably 5 orders over 2 years of buying from them. Also, the batteries works great. Not the very longest flight times on my 250g 3” but the light weight helps with flight performance for freestyle."
