This mini camera features 4K resolution and allows you to shoot in a horizontal or vertical orientation through remote control HD recording. The built-in gyro supports Gyroflow to perfectly output smooth and stabilized video. A replaceable lens protector cover allows for the addition of ND filters for better light control. 

Note: Please avoid long video recording in the case of high temperature and no ventilation. Overheating will affect the performance of the device and cause the product to operate abnormally. No battery! Please use an external power supply.

Awful experience and not worth the hassle

"Been through two of these now. First one i got, right out of the box i could barely get any image on and second one, when i went into QR mode to change settings, wouldn't come back out of QR mode. Very disappointed. When it did work, i liked what i saw but continuing issues make this camera a pass for me. Returning for a refund."

Amazing little camera.

"It's a great camera, specially for the price, but don't forget to buy the ND filter bundle which is a must have. The camera options are great, the stabilization is very good (although not go pro quality), it's super light and can fit almost any build, and the live preview (with the 3rd party app) is awesome. The only downside is the 3D printed mount, which transfers a lot of vibrations and you tend to get jello, but it's fixable. Shipping was on time as always."

Q&A

Does this require a phone or app to use? Will not buy anything that requires phone to do anything at all!
No app required- you can connect via USB to view the micro SD card while in the camera, or pull the card and view it by itself.
Does this work on the BetaFPV Cetus RTF Kit? Is it too heavy?
I would not recommend the thumb pro for use on the Cetus. If it could, by chance lift the camera, it wouldn’t fly very well, or for very long. Nor would there be a good way to mount the camera to the Cetus. I would recommend a small cinewhoop frame with a minimum propeller size of 2” — something like the GepRC Cinelog 20 — to carry the thumb pro.
Will the V1 filters work with this?
There seems to be 2 sets of nd filters for the runcam thumb pro, a regular set, and a wide fov set, I don't see them listed as v1. I assume any recutangular nd filter set bought for the thumb pro should work.
