Description

A Fusion of the best: The image processing developed by BrainFPV, the OSD and UI by Achilles, and the hardware engineered and manufactured by TBS. When the brightest minds of the FPV industry work together, being the best at merging two analog video streams was simply not good enough!

Through active video fusion, the displayed video instantly has less breakup and more range, without color-deterioration or video desync often experienced at the edge of reception. A state-of-the-art OSD engine drives cutting edge interactivity while reducing the need for on board OSD. The TBS Fusion both raises the bar at reception quality and paves the way for system-wide integration with TBS Crossfire and other devices.

In a nutshell, the TBS Fusion has more range, better signal in indoor or other critical environments, and ultimate compatibility with your Crossfire radio link. The included lap timer and spectator modes for staying freestyle- or race-events are an added bonus!

Features

Crossfire integration
Currently, in alpha stage, the Crossfire integration promises a seamless user experience for any FPV pilot. The first stage will see synchronized VRx/VTx channel changes and ability to modify any CRSF device setting via your goggles (Crossfire, Unify Pro/Pro32, compatible Flight Controllers, etc). The second phase will add interactivity on levels never seen before. Exciting times are ahead, and in the usual TBS way, the hardware is already built to be compatible with future software updates and future products.

Reviews

"Works great with my goggles"

Benjamin (5/5)

The module works great, but

"The module works great, but it does not fit in the hdzero v1 goggles with the expansion bay. to get it to work, i crimped a female jst pin onto a male jst pin nine times and slid them onto the fusion's pins so that the module would electrically reach the receptacle in the expansion bay. works great with 5in quad, but a bad camera on an air65 led to my very pleasant and super helpful experience with both GetFPV. com support and TBS support. Both teams were quite literally incredible at helping me find my issue. tldr, tough to fit in hdz v1, otherwise perfect with all the best support staff"

Alex C. (5/5)

"It’s literally about as good as analog gets."

Clay (5/5)

Occasional black out

"I went back to Immersion RC I would rather have a stutter than a 2 second black out Hopefully they fix this with a firmware update"

Mike J. (4/5)

Great analog module option

"Big fan of this analog module. So much so this is the second one, and it was for my son. He loves the quality of the video and so do I! I used one for a year before picking up this one. One of the ways I judge customer and user experience is to see if I can setup and use a system without looking at the manual. It was pretty easy to do without the manual! The menus are intuitive and the quality of the screen and integration into the HDzero goggles is great. I already recommend to friends and would highly recommend to anyone."

Paul S. (5/5)

Happy!

"Got this for my HDzero goggle, works perfectly and even came with a 90degree SMA!"

Jóhannes K. (5/5)

A+ (you should buy this)

"Obviously this is the one of the best analog vrx modules. I think it has the best UI. Not problems installing it and I haven’t experienced any issues."

NIKO S. (5/5)

I mostly love it, but have one issue...

"I may be misunderstanding diversity, but I have a patch and an omni, yet sometimes while the drone is well within range, I get this strange folding of the screen, where it is impossible to see, then it clears back up. It happens when I have great reception on both antennas, and I can't figure out why."

Jeff O. (4/5)

The module arrived quickly and

"The module arrived quickly and was well packaged. I get better analog reception with this than I ever did on the EV800D. Paired it with an Axi Quadro and lumenier long range antenna and she performs well."

Eric K. (5/5)

Great product, really easy to

"Great product, really easy to use. I bought these as well as a BDI Digi adapter to run analog on my DJI FPV Goggles. Provides a better picture and similar latency to my previous Fat Sharks."

Q&A

Will tbs fusion work with hd3
Yes!! there is a ribbon cable that you will have to install, but there are many videos on how to do it, so you shouldn't have any trouble whatsoever!
How long is this typically on backorder?
I purchased it as an alternative to the rapidfire module cause it was backordered as well. That one was back in stock about 3 weeks later so i’d assume they go back and forth within about a months time, give or take a couple weeks?
Will it wotk on my Fatshark Attitude V3?
Yes , but not without modifications to the google housing. With a 3d printed adapter and some double sided tape. You should be good to go!
Will it work on my eachine 200d?
Sorry I’m not sure, I am using them on my fat shark HD which has a module bay, not sure if there is the same type of bay on yours.
Is this the latest hardware revision?
Yes, it has the upgraded board.
Will these work with Skyzone Sky04x?
Yes, but you will have to print your own module cover or make your own. The one that comes with it is for FatShark goggles.
