*The damper inserts should be printed in TPU; you can reduce the walls and infill percentage to help with damping if necessary. Machined aluminum parts will be available soon, and these same damper inserts will work with the production parts if needed.

**This mount is a drop-in replacement for the camera cage on the Bardwell edition of the Lumenier QAV-S 2. The camera cage portion should be printed in something stiff and tough, like nylon or carbon fiber nylon. PAHT-CF is a great choice if you can print it. This mount was also tested in PETG-CF, and it works decently. These are printed parts, though, so remember that durability will suffer compared to machined aluminum parts.

Good Build was fun no

"Good Build was fun no issues take your time it will pay off in the end"

Great re-intro back to the hobby

"As someone who has been oit of the hobby for awhile this was an amazing kit to get back in. Kit came with quality parts and everything to build a quality drone. Took me about 4 hours total to build and get flying!"

Mitchell A. (5/5)

Enjoying this build very much.

"Enjoying this build very much. Following is very easy of Joshua Baldwell. One thing I will praise is everything is there! Build not complete at this time."

Peter G. (5/5)

Fun build. Not too difficult,

"Fun build. Not too difficult, but demands some not-awful soldering skills and needs a little hand-fitting. Got a dead motor, but Brian in Support resolved the issue quickly and got me a replacement. The drone flies better than I can fly it. Only complaint I have is that the antenna is WAY too short. Flying away, I get good video. Turn it back towards me and I get dropouts and near-complete-static at only 30 yards out and 10 yards off the ground. I have a Cetus X that can fly over twice as far with the same goggles with WAY better video quality."

Ross H. (4/5)

its great easy to follow

"its great easy to follow and works great since im getting back into the fpv scene"

Daniel O. (5/5)

Fun 3" build

"I've built a few drones before but this kit caught my eye because of being in stock and having everything needed for a quad to fly. It was a fun build! Soldering wasn't difficult, and it flies great."

Robert S. (5/5)

Great kit

"I don’t know if I would call it a beginner. Because of the size of the wires compared to the pads and the smaller drones are a little bit harder to solder. They should ship with a practice soldering board. . not included. I got it and gave it as a gift for somebody who wanted to build their first drone. Even Joshua Bardwell in the video had issues some issues. But all the pieces are there to build your first drone and it is a great experience to go through."

Rob E. (5/5)

Great Build.

"Needed a reciver, I added an HDzero freestyle V2 and a gps (need to get a smaller one), had a lot of trouble but eventually got it working. Maden and other flights went great. Way smoother feeling than a cinelog 25v2. Feels like a bigger air65, slides a little in turns."

Andrew G. (5/5)

Great Kit! Fun drone!

"This was my first build and I followed along with Bardwell’s video series on YouTube. I found the process fairly easy to follow and I had a ball building it. Some skill with soldering is certainly required although you don’t need to be an expert. The kit had almost everything to complete the build (aside from tools - soldering iron, pliers, tweezers, etc. ) and the few parts that weren’t included had compatible items listed on the store page making the parts easy to select. The order shipped and arrived quickly. This is a good, almost complete kit with, I’d say, an intermediate difficulty (may be difficult for someone with no soldering/electronics/drone background). I bought the analog version and the full build with a 720mAh battery weighs in at 226 grams - giving you a little flexibility for battery choice and remaining under 250 grams. The drone itself is a ton of fun to fly and is a great stepping stone to larger drones (I am coming from tiny whoops). Would 100% recommend!"

Nicholas C. (5/5)

Beginner Drone Bardwell Style.

"Nice Kit. Quality Parts. I bought the Analog version. Still putting it all together at the moment. Everything going together nicely, no fitment issues. Soldering will be an issue if you are a beginner, especially if you dont have access to good quality Soldering equipment. The Board is small and the solder pads are pretty dinky, so proceed cautiously. I suspect this will be a fun bird to fly. Ill be back to amend this review if I run into any problems, but that seems unlikely, as it seems that a lot of thought went into this kit."
