Meh

"If you want to use a module on the back you have to revert the firmware to v1 or it won't work"

Lite radio 3

"I was surprised how solid this radio feels. Not heavy but well made. To be honest I haven't used it with my Kwad much, Mostly still learning in the sims, but it seems to work for me. I watched a buddy of mine use it to fly my kwad more then 200 yds (250 meters) away. So for me plenty of range, even if it is ELRS I probably wont be going for long range trips."

Works great, easy setup, but

"Works great, easy setup, but does feel a little cheap. Havent tested range but have had no failsafes."

Matthew M. (4/5)

Probably want to get something over 100 bucks for better than toy quality.

"Toy quality, get what you pay for."

Literal Garbage

"Honestly I don't know what I was expecting. Everything in the past that I have bought from BetaFPV has been trash and this was no different. BetaFPV thinks they are big brain geniuses with their own configurator instead of using the standard ELRS Configurator, so you are locked into ELRS 2.0.1 which just so happens to be like 10 versions behind the latest. Alongside that the gimbals are literal garbage unless you are only flying whoops. They twitch randomly like crazy at low throttles making flying 5inch or larger drones slowly basically impossible. Don't recommend, buy anything else."

Great transmitter, but not a great company

"The Good: Transmitter is great! Feels great in my hand, has that familiar game style feel, all switches easy to access, battery seems to last a while, good range, module support for great range. All in all, low price, but good value. The Bad: This is shipped with ELRS 2.xx firmware. Good, it should be shipped with modern firmware. The problem is that the quads they sell are shipped with 1.xx firmware and they cannot bind. The company provides no documentation or support to fix this, it has been a running problem for quite a while (across transmitters), and they have made no indication that they are fixing it. If you buy this and a Meteor quad, it's not as simple as just turning them on and going, and if you don't know that in advance, you're left googling for the sparse information out there."

"Great budget remote!"

Lite 3 radio will not upgrade from V1 to V2

"I purchased this radio from RQD, nothing bad to say about RDQ at all. My beef is with BetaFPV and their failure to provide instructions on how to Upgrade the firmware. I upgraded my drivers with Zadig and now the radio will not communicate with the BetaFPV Configurator. I am deeply dissatisified with the product and will not buy any BetaFPV product again."
