no rx or gps power on usb

"I am still pre flight, but i have found that while connected to usb both my elrs rx and m10 gps fail to power up. on battery, they work as expected. the rx is set to 3. 3v but shows no life on usb. the gps is on a 5v pad, and the status led flickers while on usb. these arent dealbreakers for me, but they did make board setup a bit annoying. will update if flight performance does not meet expectations, but otherwise the stack looks to be solid. fwiw, im running it on 6s."
