Lithium Polymer batteries don't perform well when cold, as many pilots from up north have probably experienced! For maximum discharge capability, LiPo batteries should be slightly warm, and this heated lipo storage case does just that.

Features

The Ethix lipo bag specifically designed by Mr. Steele himself will warm your packs to optimum ripping temps, tell you what voltage they are, charge your action camera, and even feel deluxe against your hands with the robust synthetic suede-lined interior.

The internal heating element is designed to run off of a 12V regulator that is built inside. The bag itself is thermally isolated and comes with a sleek zipper to keep all the dirt out and maintain the high temperature inside. The outer pocket stores your phone while charging or while you're out and about.

The bag is designed to hold up to 30x 1300mAh 4S or 20x 6S 1300mAh packs neatly.

"Nice battery bag. Eats batteries useing heater tho. Will possibly buy a larger 3s battery to heat with. I can fit 11 4s 1550 and 7 6s 1300 batteries in the bag. It's full. I wouldn't plan on being out any longer than that flying anyhow. So get yourself one and save your batteries from sagging so much in the cold."

Very sturdy bag

"Very sturdy, doesn’t feel cheap. I like the adjustable divider as that helps keep batteries from rolling around. It heats up pretty nice, though that wasn’t the main reason for the purchase. Keep in mind that it won’t heat up with a half charged battery, has to be a fresh battery."

Q&A

Is this for the V2 or V1 of this bag? TBS and the Ethix only list a V2 as available.
The one I received has the green interior, which I believe is the V2. Hope that helps.
Is this a fire safe bag or just a bag that basically warms your lipos up before you fly? I don't see anything on here about it being fireproof.
This is not a fire safe bag. It only warms your batteries and it doesn't do that very well. It is also supposed to have a voltage cut to save your battery from over discharge. However mine has killed two of my batteries. Quality materials and built well, just did not perform as advertised.
