    Love it

"Big update from the walksnail vrx. Great build quality as well"

    Ethan W. (5/5)

    Exceeded expectations

"I usually fly DJI and Analog for micros. I got these so I could fly walksnail on smaller platforms and honestly it does not disappoint! Goggles feel great, good interface system, picture is great and the flight feels really responsive! (good latency). I'll be buying more VTX's for this and build some micros since building DJI micros is frustrating (a lot of effort for ok flying quad)."

    Stephan K. (5/5)

    First FPV googles

"These are my first FPV Googles, I went with these because I couldn't get a HDZero system, and I didn't want to go with DJI Because of dealing with some other DJI products that I own. So far I like them, they are pretty comfortable, no light leak, and the diopters adjust perfectly for me. I haven't been able to test out the range yet, but the penetration seems pretty good so far. Over all the quality if this setup is top notch in my opinion."

    Daniel H. (5/5)

    Exactly as expected quality.

"My first digital goggles and they are amazing. I can now adjust my picture so I do not need to wear my glasses,"

    Raymond G. (5/5)

Analog to dgital is life changing!

"The difference between analog and digital is like having poor eyesight for years and then getting glasses. It is life-changing! The only thing I don't like are the menus on the Walksnail system...not very user-friendly. Build quality is very good. Highly recommend these goggles!"

    Jbright350 (5/5)

    Best goggles ever!

"Had HDO 2’s for a few years now, these aren’t even in the same league. Clarity is absolutely amazing! Goggles would not connect to the WS nano V3. I had to update goggle firmware, then everything worked. INAV OSD works great! I also unlocked the goggles which gives you more channels and ups the VTX power from 700mw to 1200mw, so bonus. I had to immediately order the Walksnail VRX for my HDO2’s."

    Jeff B. (5/5)

    Great product

    "I would definitely purchase again"

    Whitney S. (5/5)

    They were in stock

"Quality seems to be there though I haven't got them hooked up. They were available though the avatar was not. Supposed to be the same but less expensive."

    Michael B. (5/5)

My first step into digital FPV.

"These goggles seem really nice, but I did have a few issues. First, these goggles are RP-SMA. Maybe that's such common knowledge that nobody feels the need to mention it, but I sure didn't know. I watched at least a dozen reviews of these goggles, and I don't remember anyone mentioning that. Second, they were really uncomfortable when I first put them on. Then I discovered that they put two little wedge shaped pieces under the foam, just beneath the eyes. I don't know why they did that, but removing them made the goggles way more comfortable. The last thing isn't a big deal, but worth mentioning. The fan in these goggles is LOUD. It sounds like I'm overclocking an AMD processor in 2005. I've never tried DJI or HD-Zero, so I can't really compare them, but in my experience, it's much better than analog in terms of picture quality, range, and penetration. I notice the latency if it's really high, but most of the time I don't notice it at all. Overall, I am quite happy with these goggles, and have no intention of going back to analog."

    Chris N. (4/5)

    The adjustable diopters and eye

"The adjustable diopters and eye spread is great convenience."

    Q&A

what batteries should I use for this?
    I myself use a High mAh 2s lipo. 2s 5200 XT60.
I was wondering what else is required to use these as well as if there is an analog module for these goggles
There is not an analog Module for these. they are for the Walksnail system exclusively.
Do these only work for digital or can you use them for analog as well?
Unfortunately they dont have any input video, so you cant connect them to analog or other vrx modules
so I just ordered these goggles and was about to get the MK air patch antennas. Then I realized the dummys at fatshark made the transmitting antenna on top instead of the front, making it hard to get a proper patch antenna on the top because most patches stick straight out and don’t have a 90 degree adapter built in. I see people taking the goggles apart and switching the top and bottom ufl connectors inside the goggle so you can easily use patch on the front, but who wants to open up a 600 dollar goggle! Is there any mk patch or double patch air antennas that have a 90 degree adapter built in? Thanks!
There aren't many - you can of course get a 90 degree adapter. While I agree with you that opening the goggles sucks, it is worth it - and if you follow along with videos, especially Ian (Mads Tech), he does a great job of showing you exactly how to tear them down to get access to the main board. So does Joshua Bardwell in a video where he shows you how to unbrick your goggles (which is no longer an issue).
So I have 2 questions. 1. Does it come with the latest firmware installed? 2. Can I use it with a simulator like velocidrone
You will likely need to update the firmware. Also these goggles don't have any input on them, so you can't use them outside of the Avatar system.
