Good budget motor

"Pros: Easy and quick to install with plugs, good power to weight ratio, least expensive motors in its class. Cons: They are fragile, Notchy, and can strip easily when mounting the props. Be careful when lining up the prop screws and do not over tighten."

Motor Fixed my Spinout problem

I've not had great luck

"I've not had great luck with these motors on the Crux35. They perform awesome and provide great punch out thrust. But I've broke four motors on very small light crashes. Pretty much any time a prop comes in contact with anything, it snaps a motor shaft. Wish I could replace the shafts alone."

Happymodel 1404 3500kv crux35 motors

"I bought a Crux 35 and it's an absoloute blast! I'm having more fun than my 5" and to be able to fly freestyle for 10min plus is just awesome! However, I took a heavy crash that broke 2 motors and damaged a third (disarmed at 50ft and landed on a rock). They all failed the exact same way, the silver -part of the bell got dislocated and one side on each almost broke completely free from the magnet hub in black (excuse my bad terminology!) all of the motor shafts were bent internally and magnets were everywhere! I managed to fix the one with the scraps of the two broken ones but I'm buying at least 3 for future crashes. At least these motors are cheap! I'm super impressed with their efficiency and their weight! In total i've probably flown 5 hours total before breaking and with $20 I can get it working again, not too bad at all!"
