Item is just the Expansion Module.  User will still need to add their own video receiver (VRX).

HDZero expansion module is designed to add WiFi connectivity and standard analog receivers modules to HDZero goggle. The module has a module bay that is compatible with most analog modules, such as IRC RapidFire and TBS Fusion.

is this compatible with fatshark goggles?
I do not think so no, They were made for HD Zero Goggles. There may be a workaround, But I am not aware of it.
