They're screws, they work fine.

"Got a set of these for my Cinelog 25. Some prop-guards have thinner mounting plates which means the 8mm screws touch the windings. These screws solve that issue and can even be used with the stock OEM prop-guards since they get at least 3-4 threads into the motor mounts. I will use only these 6mm screws in the future, there's no need for the longer 8mm ones."
