Tiny GPS

"Module is poorly constructed! Poor solder joints and globs of un-melted solder paste begging to short something out! I had to re-solder the tabs and clean off the un-melted paste. Worked but unable to show satellite strength in BF configurator. I will not trust this thing to RTH! Maybe use it for showing lat and lon in conjunction with DVR for a general idea of where it is. I really wanted to like this but simply cant trust it!"

Not suitable for RC applications

"Slow update rate (mentioned by others) caused crazy behavior w fixed wing running inav. Loiter would do a series of S turns. The compass was always lagging. Clear case of you get what you pay for."

DOA = Useless

"Unit received would not work no matter what I tried. Tried different Uarts, protocols, 9600 and other bauds rates, even reversed tx/rx to check. Nothing. Wired up ANOTHER Brand GPS and things work just fine. Would Not recommend."

Yep

"The gps connects fairly quickly. I have had up to 16 sats and they all connected within 3minutes"

Hard to beat the size and weight of this micro GPS

"Not the fastest updating or best signal but hard to find a comparable alternative."

Mines was not Ublox but NMEA!!

"After about a 2 hours 2nd guessing my soldering and the wiring diagram. I ran across a video on YouTube where a guy was saying to change the protocol to get it to work. So I changed to NMEA despite the package labeled ublox and it work! Please update listing Racedayquads. Others will burn something up trying to get it to work. And there are possibly not doing anything wrong."
