Description

Upgrade your TX16S MKII with these high-quality CNC parts. Replaces most switches and buttons along with the gimbal faceplates. This upgrade kit also adds functionality by making the handle a folding one compared to the non-folding stock handle.

This V4 parts set is for TX16S MKII radios with V4 hall gimbals (non AG01). Their are holes for reaching adjustment screws through the front of the radio. See Photos.

Great product, but quality control issues.

"Great upgrade, with mostly excellent components. But the factory seems to have some QC issues. One of the parts in the kit I received was cast, but never CNC machined before being color-coated (luckily I am a machinist, so finished milling it myself). Many of the parts still had cast tabs on them, which had to be filed off. Also the small button assembly was bent and had to be bent back into shape before assembly."

Perfect fit on TX16s v3 with the Hall gimbals

"I installed this CNC v4 kit on my TX16s v3 (Stock hall gimbals with frontside adjustment holes + Carbon Fiber faceplate) to convert my transmitter to the MAX version. I didn't use the gimbal plates since mine were already aluminum and my transmitter already had the newer button PCB that aligns with the button pins on the CNC button pads. The CNC lanyard holder and folding stand fit perfect and had no slop. You do not have to use a spacers if you use the shorter screws that are included in the kit. Installation of the CNC kit required disassembling most of the radio a few hours of work and patience, but the end result was worth it. I ended up with my own TX16s MAX "Stealth" edition (all black)."

Missing button PCB

"Beware the v4 version of this kit does not include the new button PCB that lines up with button pins on new CNC button pads. Rest of kit went together nicely but looks lopsided without those buttons installed."
