8S build baby!
"I bought this esc to put on a 6 inch Volador frame as an 8S build! So far so good! For the most part I followed Bardwell's video but I went 6 inch and used t motor f-80 motors! This thing flies amazing with no pid tune at all. I've run several 6S packs at 100% motor output and only one 8S pack so far at 80%motor output (I'm using 1900kv). I've run it at PWM low: 24 & high: byrpm, and also low 24 and high 48. It flies great either way! I connected vbat out of esc straight to voltage regulator, and then from there to the t motor H7 fc. I'm using 2 50v capacitors. Can't wait to unleash on the 8S, add my one pack I put through it so far I was taking it easy for testing. It flies amazing with 6S though so there's that! I just finished build like 3 days ago so we will see about longevity but so far I love it! Which is great, cuzz I had previously opted not to use t motor because of a few bad experiences at the start of my fpv journey. I'm thinking now that may have been more user error than anything.
