My thoughts: pretty good overall.

"Light, inexpensive and good for daily use. They seem to charge better than my Xilo 1300's. Currently have fully charged and used 7 times on two of them. Lasting max 6 minutes on 2203-3450kv motors on my Silva inspired cinewhoop. I put in about an average of 1150 MaH, 1200 max. May check the 1350 if I can get a minute more for cinematic projects. Got these bc Jashua Bardwell had them rated pretty good on his battery tests."

Short term GOOD, long term BAD

"The price got me interested, and they were great on day one. But about twenty charges in I noticed cell (3) seems to have a mind of its own. When the first pack did this I thought it reasonable, but now the entire lot that I bought have done the same. No damage, and I always balance charge @1.3A. When you attempt to use them, even though it says charge 95%, you get less than 30 seconds of flight as cell (3) kicks off low battery warning when it tanks. I drained them to storage levels, then re-balance in hopes to bring them back. One puffed, while the other four attempted to charge cell (3) to at least 4.10V, while the other cells were at 4.19V. As soon as you remove the charge, cell (3) drops to 3.89V. Something is wrong, and the consistency baffles me. (1) 4.19 (2) 4.19 (3) 3.89 (4) 4.19 The only reason I'm leaving a negative comment is I also purchased five Xilo 1300mAh 4S 100C, and none of them are doing such."
