Description

The XT60 Cap Cap makes soldering a capacitor to your XT60 a painless process. Perfect for tight mini-quad builds, the XT60 cap cap makes your cap easily accessible and swappable, leaving more room inside your frame for your fragile components. Comes in a set of 3!

Guaranteed to work with Amass XT30 connectors.  Although it’s unlikely, different brands of XT60 connectors may not fit properly. Our Black XT60's seem to be a tight fit but our yellow XT60's are a perfect fit.

Example pictures show one unit attached to a 2200uf 25v Capacitor, Amass XT60, and 16awg wire. Capacitor, wires, and XT60 are not included. EDA by Olaf Hichwa.

"Perfect for adding a Cap to your Pigtail, but I would recommend a few things if this is your first time adding these to your build: 1) Triple check polarity on the cap and the wires before soldering. 2) USE FLUX when soldering this to the battery wires! It will flow the solder giving a nice connection. 3) If you are adding this to a pre-made Xt50 Lipi Pigtail, You will want to get heat shrink tubing for the positive and negative battery wires since you will need to strip them off to mount (then solder) this to the wires. (if you are building your own pigtail, you already know you need heat shrink. 4) I'd highly recommend using heat shrink tubing or electrical tape around the cap and the XT60 connector to keep them together. A not-so-hard crash could end up tearing the cap away. Had this happen twice. Hasn't happened after bound them together using heat shrink."
